Highgate Meadows Project – Two Extensions, One Complete Transformation
The Highgate Meadows Project saw ALC Building Co complete two extensions as part of a major transformation of the property.
The project involved groundwork, brickwork, roofing and finishing work, with the two extensions featuring very different roof designs.
The first extension was completed with a traditional hipped roof. The design was chosen to blend seamlessly with the existing property, maintaining the appearance and style of the home while creating the new extension.
For the second extension, a modern flat warm roof system was used. A large roof lantern was incorporated into the roof, bringing plenty of natural light into the new space below.
Two Different Approaches to a Home Extension
